September is for Squats (12 Yr Olds-Adults)
Squat lovers unite! Join us in September to attempt to complete 900 reps of squats! Squats not only improve lower body and core strength, but they also help increase bone density and increase flexibility. Participants are able to complete whatever type of squats they prefer (Pistol, Jefferson, Sumo, Hack, Single Leg, etc.) and are free to add weights or use body weight. Either way the goal is to get those 900 squat reps completed during the month of September to give yourself a chance to win some sweet prizes! participants will complete their squat reps on their own timeline and log them at the front desk by scanning the QR Code and inputting how many squats they completed. All those that complete the challenge will be entered into a raffle for a one month Ultimate Membership ($50 value) or a $50 gift card to a store of your choice. All participants will receive a t-shirt.
