Ready to tone up and/or bulk up? Join us for out "One Million Pound Challenge" during the month of October! Each participant will be challenged to tally up their total volume of weight lifted in October to help you get in great shape while also getting a chance to win some great prizes! Total lifted weight will be calculated by volume of weight (weight x reps). For example, if you bench press 50 reps at 200 lbs, your volume is 10,000 lbs (50 x 200 = 10,000). Participants will track their weight and input their totals after each workout via the QR code that will be at our front desk. The incentives for total weight ar listed below. All participants will also receive a t-shirt,
